Tell me about your manufacturing process.
All items are crafted in our non-smoking studio. Because each item is handmade, quantities are limited and production times vary. This is especially true of custom orders.
When will my item arrive?
Items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service from the metro Atlanta area as either First Class or Priority mail and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Processing for readymade orders is 1 to 3 business days.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only accept and ship orders within the 50 United States.
I like your products but am looking for a specific color or design. Do you offer custom orders?

I see that each item is one-of-a-kind, but I need multiples of the same item. Can I place a large order?
We would love to work with you on a large order. Email us loviebyrddesign@gmail.com to get started. We'll work out the specific details with you and will need extra time for manufacturing.
An item I had my eye on is now sold. Can I request a duplicate item?
Whenever possible, we at Lovie Byrd will work to make your dream a reality. If the materials are still available, we'll see what we can do to recreate your favorite look.
What is your return policy?
Lovie Byrd Design puts a great deal of love into crafting each item, and we hope you'll love it just as much when you receive it. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, however, contact us at loviebyrddesign@gmail.com, and we will work with you to make you happy.
